Our Coronavirus policy highlights
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Our operatives are required to wear the appropriate PPE, this may include gloves and masks. This is dependent on the type of work and if an individual is self-isolating.
Cleaning and Sanitisation
Our operatives are required to clean and sanitise their hands prior to entering your property, for 20 seconds. Once their work is complete, they wipe down any surfaces they have touched in the process with an appropriate sanitizer.
Maintaining Safe Distances
Our operatives must maintain a safe distance to residents, which is currently set at a minimum of 2 metres. It would be safest for residents to remain in a separate room while work is ongoing, if possible.
Waste disposal
Our operatives are required to dispose of their waste, including any contaminated PPE, responsibly. We do not use your bin or any communal bins.
