New Contract with Mount Green Housing

Axis has been awarded a five year contract, and a five year extension option based on performance, with Mount Green Housing Association and will be responsible for all 1300 properties within the Surrey area.

The contract is for responsive repairs, voids refurbishment and associated works and commenced in October 2015 with a mobilisation process that included TUPE transfers of existing staff and integration of repair reporting and booking systems.

The contract is valued at £2.5million and the scope of works includes: general building works, electrical works, brick and concrete repairs, roofing works, glazing works as well as a number of internal day-to-day repairs such as plastering and painting. Axis will also provide emergency and out of hours support to the residents.
