LCP Major Works Framework

New Major Works Framework (2024-2029

The London Construction Programme (LCP) on behalf of Haringey Council launched a new major works framework specialising in housing and residential, to replace the existing major works framework (MW19) which is due to expire in October 2024.  Scope of works will include new build housing, MMC, planned maintenance, retrofit, fire safety works, refurbishments and adaptations.

We are awarded

• Sub-Lot 2.1 (Planned Maintenance: Planned maintenance and fire safety works (£1m+)
• Sub-Lot 2.2 (Planned Maintenance: Retrofit, refurbishment and adaptations)
• Sub-Lot 2.3 (Planned Maintenance: Multi-use Lot (£1m+)

The LCP (London Construction Partnership) is a one-stop-shop for the procurement of public sector construction projects across London and surrounding home counties.

We are also appointed to the LCP Minor Works Dynamic Purchasing System 2019 (ongoing).

Previously Axis was appointed onto the LCP Major Works Framework (2019-2021+5) in four of the five Lots: 

• Housing and Residential 
• Education and Leisure 
• Capital Projects 
• Historical and Heritage
