Axis Europe Ltd is proud to have won a place on The Guinness Partnership’s £1bn+ Planned Maintenance and Investment programme -a landmark achievement that marks the start of our new relationship with one of the UK’s leading housing providers. 

The Guinness Partnership is one of the largest affordable housing providers in England, with more than 160,000 residents living in more than 70,000 homes.  

This prestigious 15-year framework will see Axis Europe Ltd deliver a wide range of planned investment and refurbishment works across The Guinness Partnership properties in Greater London, the South East and Coast.

Scope of Works 

Under Lot 4 of the agreement - Greater London, the South East and Coast, Axis will deliver: 

  • Kitchen and bathroom replacements. 
  • Roofing repairs and renewals. 
  • Electrical and structural works. 
  • Internal and external decorations. 
  • Window replacements and repairs. 
  • Decarbonisation, sustainability and retrofit projects. 
  • Disrepair works, large reactive repairs and major voids. 
  • Building and fire safety upgrades. 

About the Agreement 

The Guinness Partnership’s programme is divided into five regional lots covering more than 70,000 homes across the following areas: 

  1. Northwest and Greater Manchester  
  2. Yorkshire, Humberside, East Midlands) 
  3. Home Counties  
  4. Greater London, the South East and Coast 
  5. Southwest Properties include a mix of general needs housing, supported housing, and shared ownership homes.
