Project Details

We worked closely with L&Q and their consultant to fulfil the brief: to create a bespoke high-end look for the communal areas of individual properties: Moseley Lodge and Ridley House on Chrisp Street, Poplar, London E14; Carna Court, Kew Road, TW9; and Lock/Henley/Sadler/Jenson and Chiltern Heights on Caledonian Road N1.

Throughout the communal areas (lobbies, landings and half landings, corridors and lift room) of all properties we stripped existing floor finishes (carpets and tiles) replacing them with a variety of carefully chosen new flooring materials; painted and decorated /repapered walls; painted woodwork (including skirting and dado rails), and ceilings and metal stair railings.

Additionally we installed motion sensors to existing security lighting; upgraded communal lighting and installed L&Q signage.

We helped our client choose the best tiles, paint and wallpaper for each project and we added painting all woodwork and ceilings to the original brief so that the quality of the communal decorations work was consistent throughout each property.
