Axis Wins New Contract with Anchor

Anchor awarded Axis their Outsourced Responsive Repairs and Asset Investment Works contract (Lot 5 North London & East Anglia)

When they awarded Axis with their Outsourced Responsive Repairs and Asset Investment Works contract (Lot 5 North London & East Anglia), Later Living provider Anchor were seeking a streamlined approach for service delivery for their Internal and External Decorations works and services as part of their asset investment programme.

And so, to help our new client provide safe, well maintained, quality homes where people love living in later life, we will be providing an internal and external decorating service and carrying out building fabric repairs where these are directly related to our internal or external decorating works– for example replacing rotten timber fascia board prior to re-painting). We will also be conducting Responsive Repairs to Anchor’s stock.

Whilst conducting these works, our proactive approach to – and considerable experiece of – total asset management will build up detailed knowledge of the properties and enable us to advise our client on future renewals, waste reduction and maintenance works and improvements including installation of new kitchens, bathrooms and wetrooms, for example

New client, new area

Not only is this a new client for Axis, but the geographical location of Anchor’s stock further widens our reach and spread in the UK to include East Anglia.

Resident care

In accordance with Tpas guidelines and our own Core Values and Code of Conduct, Axis offers full resident consultation, communication and consideration services as we conduct our Redecoration works and Responsive Repairs programme in residents’ homes.
