New Major Repair Works contract with Leeds City Council

Axis won a Major Repair Works in Occupied Domestic Properties (2025-2028+1) contract with Leeds City Council.

Scope of works comprises repair maintenance and remedial works to Leeds City Council’s housing stock.

Leeds City Council manages over 50,000 housing units.

Most of the properties are fully occupied but we will be available to work on vacant properties where residents have been temporarily rehoused. Some of the works will be undertaken within legal timescales.

The initial contract period is 36 months, with a potential extension of 12 months, and the value is £12.3m.
