Joint CHIC Framework Win with CLC
Axis and CLC win both Lots on CHIC’s new Multiple Elements for the Built Environment framework 2025-2029
Axis and CLC have won both Lots on CHIC’s new UK-wide framework, Multiple Elements for the Built Environment, with 17 workstreams for internal and external building elements to include responsive repairs and void works.

Lot 1 – Multiple Elements
Full lifecycle building services, including installation, replacement, refurbishment, maintenance and repairs of both internal and external building components. This includes works such as property extensions, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, heating and electrical systems, flat and pitched roofing, wall insulation, demolition, and external environmental improvements, along with related components such as fascias, guttering, and canopies.
Lot 2 – Void Works and Responsive Repairs
Lot 2 is dedicated to responsive repairs and void property works for residential properties and their communal areas facilitating efficient turnaround and maintenance of properties between tenancies and during occupancy.
