Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)

As part of our Axis electrical services, we carry out EICRs. These are reports to confirm whether a property’s electrical system is safe, complaint, and fit for use.

Our electricians inspect wiring, sockets, switches, and circuits to identify faults or hazards. If issues are found, we complete the repairs and issue the correct certification. EICRs are required every five years for rentals and recommended every ten years for homeowners, helping ensure safety and compliance.
