Axis CLC appointed Neil Watts as Managing Director of Responsive Repairs

Axis CLC, a leading UK provider of property maintenance and compliance services, has appointed Neil Watts as Managing Director – Responsive Repairs.

Neil will lead the end-to-end delivery of the Group’s responsive repairs service, ensuring operational excellence, high-quality workmanship, and an outstanding customer experience. He will oversee all operational teams within Responsive Repairs, including field operations, planning, customer service, compliance, and commercial performance, and will be accountable for delivering a safe, efficient, and reliable service that consistently meets contractual, regulatory, and financial expectations.

Neil brings over 30 years of experience in the housing, repairs and property services sector. Starting as a carpenter, he built strong technical foundations before moving into senior roles across new build, contracting, and client organisations, where he has led large teams and driven improvements in service delivery, repairs, maintenance and commercial performance.

Neil would like to extend his thanks to Tim Hayes, the retiring Managing Director, recognising the strong foundation and leadership Tim has provided during his tenure.
