Framework overview

The four-year framework, running from 1 December 2025 to 30 November 2029, has a total value of up to £300 million and will support the delivery of comprehensive fire safety works across London and the South East.

The SEC Fire Safety Works Framework provides SEC’s current and future clients with access to competent, experienced contractors capable of delivering a full range of fire remedial works. The framework covers works from early project concept through to completion, offering flexibility, value and assurance to clients managing building safety and compliance programmes.

The South East Consortium (SEC) includes a diverse range of clients, primarily housing associations and local authorities across the South East of England

Works delivered under the framework will take place across the United Kingdom, with a primary focus on London and the South East, supporting a wide range of fire safety and remedial programmes for SEC clients.
