Axis has already completed its first major refurbishment project for Grainger at The Gardens in Southwark, south east London. The works included full redecoration, a kitchen upgrade, a partial bathroom upgrade, and new fire-safe doors and lighting. Regular site visits, close client collaboration and a robust specification process ensured quality and compliance throughout.

“Grainger and Axis are currently working on a partnership where they do day-to-day Maintenance but also minor Voids re-let works. We’ve trialled a partial refurbishment recently, and it’s gone extremely well. Working with Axis has been great.
