Axis wins place on RBKC’s Housing Management framework 

We have been awarded Lot 1 (Construction Works up to £500,000) on Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea’s £85,000,000 Housing Management Framework Agreement (2023-2027).

The scope of the 4-year framework includes construction works including planned maintenance, refurbishment and improvement works to RBKC housing stock including provision of new installs, repair, replacement, removal, and / or overhaul.

This is part of RBKC’s wider program of procurements (termed Project Union) to establish four Housing Management Framework Agreements.
