Axis wins places on two CHIC frameworks

CHIC Fire and Building Safety (2024-28) framework

The scope of CHIC’s £500m Fire and Building Safety (2024-28) framework includes the full and partial installation and replacement of passive and active fire and security systems and installations in domestic properties and communal areas.

Axis won:

  • Lot 1 Installation and Replacement
  • Lot 2 Servicing and Maintenance
  • Lot 3 Consultancy and Management

CHIC Mechanical and Electrical (2024-28) framework

The scope of CHIC’s £400m Mechanical and Electrical framework offers  the full spectrum of mechanical and electrical related systems and allows clients to sufficiently maintain resident heating, power and renewable obligations.

Axis won places on both Lot 1 Mechanical & Heating and Lot 2 Electrical & Ventilation:

  • Lot 1 – Mechanical and Heating systems (wet) – workstream 1 – central heating supply, installation, replacement and servicing – workstream 2 – low carbon technologies supply, installation, replacement and servicing
  • Lot 2 – Electrical and Ventilation – workstream 1 – electrical wiring – workstream 2 – electrical energy – workstream 3 – ventilation supply, installation, replacement and servicing

We are in addition awarded places on the following CHIC frameworks

Healthy Homes (2024-2028)  Asset Decarbonisation, Retrofit and Building Safety Solutions

  • Lot 2 – Works and Services (including the execution of retrofitting measures and property safety refurbishments)
  • Sub Lot 2a) Fabric First Solutions (Retrofit Projects)
  • Sub Lot 2b) Mechanical and Electrical (Retrofit Projects)
  • Sub Lot 2c) Turnkey Solution (Principal Economic Operator for Retrofit Projects)
  • Sub Lot 2d) Building Safety

Roofing Systems and Works (2022-2026)

  • Lot 3 Flat Roofing Works [Workstream 1]
  • Lot 3 Pitched Roofing Works [Workstream 2]
Pitched Roofing
Includes the design, supply of traditional pitched roof coverings to include (but not be limited to), plain concrete tiles, interlocking concrete tiles, interlocking resin or slate, plain clay tiles, interlocking clay tiles, natural blue, black and grey slate, fibre cement slate, all to include flashings, facia, soft, weathering and rainwater items.
Flat roofing
Includes the design, supply of traditional flat roofing products to include (but not be limited to), asphalt, systems, torch on systems such as bituminous built up roofing systems, flame-free systems such as single ply, bituminous systems and GRP. This may include associated products and works such as flashings, fascia, soft, weathering and rainwater items

  • Lot 3: Decorations including Pre-Decoration Repairs
