Axis wins places on two CHIC frameworks
CHIC Fire and Building Safety (2024-28) framework
The scope of CHIC’s £500m Fire and Building Safety (2024-28) framework includes the full and partial installation and replacement of passive and active fire and security systems and installations in domestic properties and communal areas.
Axis won:
- Lot 1 Installation and Replacement
- Lot 2 Servicing and Maintenance
- Lot 3 Consultancy and Management
CHIC Mechanical and Electrical (2024-28) framework
The scope of CHIC’s £400m Mechanical and Electrical framework offers the full spectrum of mechanical and electrical related systems and allows clients to sufficiently maintain resident heating, power and renewable obligations.
Axis won places on both Lot 1 Mechanical & Heating and Lot 2 Electrical & Ventilation:
- Lot 1 – Mechanical and Heating systems (wet) – workstream 1 – central heating supply, installation, replacement and servicing – workstream 2 – low carbon technologies supply, installation, replacement and servicing
- Lot 2 – Electrical and Ventilation – workstream 1 – electrical wiring – workstream 2 – electrical energy – workstream 3 – ventilation supply, installation, replacement and servicing
