New Cyclical Decorations contract with Abri Housing

Axis won a major Cyclical Decorations contract with Abri Housing who manages over 50,000 homes of around 114,000 residents.

Our 1-year Cyclical Decorations programme started in April 2025, is valued at £500,000 and will see us painting and decorating the exterior of properties, along with other maintenance tasks such as repairs to brickwork, doors and windows, and general redecoration to shared areas, including cleaning or replacing flooring.

Abri Housing operates primarily in the south and south west of England (including in Hampshire, Berkshire and Somerset), merging with Octavia Housing in 2024 to add a London region to their geographical portfolio.
