Project Details
We delivered a programme of exterior home repairs and decorations for our client, FirstPort Retirement Property Services, at Orchid Court. Orchid Court is a fully-occupied, purpose-built block of flats for independent retirement living located within its own grounds in Egham, Surrey.
Our housing division took on decoration works which began with the repainting of external walls and surfaces, as well as all window frames. We also washed down all PVC and glass surfaces. Our team used the specialist DOFF cleaning method on stonework and soldier courses, as well as seals and headers for a clean finish.
We also provided roof works at the property. The team cleared any moss using anti-herbicide in order to protect the materials and prevent any future build-up. We undertook a scope of exterior home repairs which included remedial works such as timber care.
Our team took great care during the project to ensure the grounds of the property were well kept throughout. We achieved this objective by using a spider cherry picker vehicle along with track mats to protect all garden areas.
