Highly Commended for Best Resident Impact at the NHMF 2026 Awards

We're proud to share the Axis has been Highly Commended (second place) at the NHMF 2026 Best Resident Impact Awards for our work with L&Q at Lewisham Park Towers.

Following our shortlist announcement back in November 2025, this recognition celebrates the meaningful difference our resident-first approach made during a major improvement

At Lewisham Park Towers, our engagement-led retrofit programme put 240 residents at the centre of delivery, supported by three on-site Resident Liaison Officers, a dedicated Residents’ Hub and a bespoke digital platform. The result was 92% resident satisfaction, zero complaints, verified EPC uplift and over 50% energy bill reductions and reduced noise stress for residents.

Being Highly Commended by NHMF, alongside recognition from Tpas for genuine tenant engagement, reinforces the impact of scalable, practical engagement models that deliver lasting social, environmental and commercial value.
