New Contract With PA Housing

Axis has won a new contract with Paragon Asra Housing (PA Housing).

The programme is for Cyclical Redecoration and Associated Repair Works. This contract was secured under JCT’s Framework Agreement. Axis was appointed Principal Contractor for: Lot 1 – Midlands South, 4793 properties; Lot 3 – London, 4080 properties.  

The scope of works includes pre-decoration repairs, external decorations, communal decorations, communal flooring, repairs to fascias/soffits/guttering/rainwater goods, window repairs and renewals across properties which include a mix of Victorian and mid-1950s’ low, medium and high rise.

The duration of the new contract is three years. The value of Lot 1 is approx £416,000pa; Lot 3 approx £833,000pa. Axis’ Managing Director Joe Ibrahim reacted to the contract win saying:
