Axis wins new contract with Sovereign Network Group

Sovereign Network Group (SNG) awarded Axis a 2-year £1.6m pa Disrepairs contract as a call off from Fusion 21’s Repairs and Maintenance (2022-2026/ Lot 4 Housing Disrepairs ) framework.

The Disrepairs contract covers c21,000 properties in Brent, Westminster, east London and Hertford.

We will be particularly focussing on the delivery of medium to high value and /or complex damp, mould and disrepair works as well as disrepair and repair works and emergencies.

Because the properties are in the main fully occupied – although we will also be covering voids – we will be working closely with Sovereign’s residents to keep disruption to a minimum.

Our new 2-year contract commenced in April 2025.
