Axis wins new Renewables contract with Eastlight Community Homes
Via Procurement for Housing’s Asset Decarbonisation & Retrofit Solution DPS/ Lot 8 retrofit works, Axis’ M&E Division won a new Renewables contract with Eastlight Community Homes with whom we are also contracted to conduct Domestic Gas and Oil Servicing and Maintenance.
Under the 2-year Renewables contract with an indicative value of £500,000 per annum, we will be decommissioning the existing the oil, gas and electric existing system and installing a new Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) system.
We will also be installing:
- Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MHVR) system
- Solar Photovoltaic systems
- Inverters
- Solar Water Heating systems
- SMART Cylinder
- Battery storage
- EV Charging Point
- Generation/Export Meters
- High retention storage heater system
- SMART Thermostat upgrades/installs
