Axis CLC appointed Lee McAllister as Business Development Director

Axis CLC, a leading UK provider of property maintenance and compliance services, has appointed Lee McAllister as Business Improvement Director, marking a significant step in the organisation’s continued focus on operational excellence and long-term growth.

Lee will lead a newly created Business Improvement function focused on driving continuous improvement, enhancing performance and embedding best practice across the group’s services. Working closely with operational and support teams, he will support the harmonisation of processes, strengthening safety, compliance and customer outcomes.

Lee brings more than 20 years’ experience in transformation and performance improvement in different industries such as banking, transport and telecommunications. Over the past 14 years, he has specialised in contracting and consulting, leading large-scale operational improvement programmes across multiple sectors.

His appointment supports Axis CLC’s wider strategy to enhance safety and compliance performance, increase customer and resident satisfaction. He will also support post-merger integration, ensuring cohesive processes and teams, making business improvements a cornerstone of the company’s long-term success.
