Axis wins Monitoring and Remediation Lots around Damp, Mould and Condensation

Axis is available for both Damp, Mould and Condensation Monitoring and Remedial Works via NHMF Frameworx new framework agreements 2025.

Axis won Lot 1B (Damp, Mould and Condensation Remediation Works) and Lot 3A (Damp, Mould and Condensation Monitoring Works) on NHMF Frameworx new Damp, Mould And Condensation Remediation, Surveying And Monitoring Works Agreements 2025.

NHMF Frameworx appointed 30 suppliers to each of their six new Damp, Mould And Condensation Remediation, Surveying And Monitoring Works Agreements 2025.

The frameworks allow members to access services related to damp, mould, and condensation issues identifying also the root causes of these issues. The total estimayed value of these 4-year frameworks is £500m.

The members of the NHMF including the Northern Ireland Housing Executive represent more than 80% of the UK’s housing stock.

The frameworks cover England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with the ability to operate in specific geographical regions.

There are three 4-year agreements for Direct Awards and three for Mini Competitions:

Under Awaab’s Law, from October 2025, social landlords will be required to address damp and mould hazards that present a significant risk of harm to tenants within fixed timescales. Awaab’s Law is also known as the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023.
