Optivo Partnership Extension

Optivo partnership extension awarded to Axis after a decade strong relationship with Optivo Housing Association, which has seen many completed projects and a vast wealth of experience in Repairs and Maintenance contracts.

Now, thanks to our longstanding relationship, Optivo has awarded us a new contract which extends to a region that Axis are yet to work in. We are proud to be able to now be covering properties in the Sussex region.

This Optivo partnership extension was awarded to us following the continuous strong delivery on our works in the Kent region and is a tribute to everyone who has been involved. Since 2008, Axis has delivered a very high standard of service to Optivo residents in Kent – we have achieved nearly 100% customer satisfaction and virtually zero complaints.

The Sussex Repairs and Maintenance Contract will see 30 Optivo staff members tuped over to Axis. Tim Hayes, our Managing Director of Maintenance, welcomed the new Axis people saying, “good luck to Rob and the delivery team and a big welcome to the Axis family to all the team being transferred across. A big thank you also to our support divisions for assisting with the mobilisation in a relatively short period of time and allowing us to be ready on day one. Onwards and upwards.”

Axis CEO, John Hayes, also commented: This award is a great testament to our relationship with Optivo so well done to Anne Byrne and all the team for the excellent work over more than 11 years. Good luck to Rob Laming and all the team taking on the challenge in Sussex and a warm welcome to everyone joining Axis.
