This contract was won through the Fusion21 Reactive Repairs & Empty Buildings Framework, the works come under Lot 1C – Reactive Repairs and Maintenance. It will see Axis undertake the repair and maintenance of over 10,000 units over a 3-year period. This is Axis’ first direct award from a Framework and the value of the contract is approximately £4.5million in total.  The contract will commence on the 1st of June 2023.

Axis have worked alongside our clients, LBHF, for several years over the course of previous projects, including a Refurbishment and Major Works Contract.
