Axis wins 3 Lots on NHMF Frameworx Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works framework

NHMF Frameworx awarded Axis three Lots on their £300,000,000 Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works. We will be available via both Direct Award and Mini Competition for Lot 1 Responsive Maintenance Works, Lot 2 – Void Property Works and Lot 3 Responsive Maintenance Works and Void Property Works in the following areas:

  • UKD North West
  • UKF East Midlands
  • UKG West Midlands
  • UKH East of England
  • UKI Greater London
  • UKJ South West

Scope of works

There are two frameworks for Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works, one for Direct Award and one for Mini-Competition. Each of the frameworks is broken down into 3 workstreams:

Lot 1 Responsive Maintenance Works

Undertaking of Responsive Maintenance including emergency works ordered during normal working hours; mutual exchange gas and electrical checks; Out of Hours emergency works; technical inspections; property health checks/MOTs and handyperson services.

Lot 2 Void Property Works

Undertaking of Void Property Works including inspections and void major component renewals (kitchen, bathrooms, rewires, electric heating). 

Lot 3 Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works

Undertaking of Responsive Maintenance including emergency works ordered during normal working hours; Void Property Works including inspections and void major component renewals (kitchen, bathrooms, rewires, electric heating); mutual exchange gas and electrical checks; Out of Hours emergency works; technical inspections; property health checks/MOTs and handyperson services.
