Axis has been awarded a contract supporting our client, Soho Housing, with cyclical decorations

Our Housing Division will be carrying out Internal and External Decorations for Soho Housing, at an estimated value of £250,000. Our works for this Soho Housing contract began in August of this year and are due to be completed by Spring of next year – April 2022.

The contract was awarded through the South East Consortium‘s (SEC) Internal & External Building Works Framework which expires in 2023. We have first place on Lot 6 of the framework, which covers the provision of repairs and cyclical decoration works to the internal and external structure. Axis is also placed fifth on Lot 1 which covers Major Refurbishments for works over £1 million.

Soho Housing operates in Central London, offering affordable homes in the heart of the city. They own and manage nearly 800 homes and have 37 commercial tenants across the boroughs of Westminster and Camden. They operate properties in such places as Soho, Covent Garden, Fitzrovia, Bloomsbury, Farringdon, Maida Vale, Queen’s Park, and Victoria.
