From the beginning of the contract, both parties embraced a partnership charter closely focused on the client. From Day One were both committed to a “One Team Approach”. Our centralised integrated data system gives live and up to date figures of our performance creating transparency of our progression throughout the contract. Shared fiscal responsibility and cost savings remain priorities.

Sharing space in Basildon and in Stratford enables both teams to align procedures, technology and contract management creating efficiencies.
Exciting new ideas
A focus on innovation and digital adoption plus regularly reviewed service improvement plan keep us on our toes helping us deliver the best to our residents.
Our shared CSR programme with our client as well as our focus on local employment and supply chain have boosted the local communities’ economy by an estimated £64m.
