The total value of procurement for this contract is £20,000,000 and will cover the provision of housing and void property repairs.
The purpose of the Contract is to ensure that the Residents can live in and utilise areas safely, and to help keep Warwick District Council’s property portfolio in a good state of repair contributing towards the Council’s objective to make Warwick District a great place to live, work and visit.
Our scope of works will include a programme of repairs and maintenance to void domestic dwellings within Warwick, as well as reactive and planned repairs and maintenance works to domestic dwellings, communal areas, ancillary structures, garages and surrounding areas owned and or maintained by Warwick District Council.
Finally, Axis will also be providing out of hours reactive repairs and maintenance works to Warwick District Council owned and or maintained properties including corporate, commercial and residential buildings, garages, parks and open spaces. Warwick had this to say about working with Axis:
