Value Champion Awards 2025
At Axis CLC, our culture starts with our people. That’s why in November 2025; we launched the Axis CLC Value Champion Awards – a new internal programme that invites everyone in the organisation to recognise colleagues who truly bring our values to life every day.
These awards celebrate the individuals who go above and beyond in demonstrating the six values that shape how we think, act and work together.
- Expertise
- Teamwork
- Trust
- Impact
- Customer
- Safety
Our values are more than words on a wall, they provide a shared foundation for every decision we make and every relationship we build, from our colleagues and clients to our suppliers, partners, investors and the communities we serve.
By shining a spotlight on our Value Champions, we’re showing future talent and current colleagues alike that at Axis CLC, living our values is recognised, celebrated and rewarded.
