Helen will lead Axis CLC’s Bid Team, with overall responsibility for securing new business through competitive tenders. As the business continues to grow and expand, the work winning function plays a critical role in driving revenue and supporting long-term strategic ambitions.

Helen brings a 20-year track record in bidding, including 13 years in the housing maintenance sector. She has extensive experience securing contracts across housing associations, local and central government.

With two decades of experience, Helen believes bidding is a discipline refined over time, developed by learning from experienced professionals and continuously building on the knowledge to achieve better results.
