Axis wins new Façade Remediation Works project on behalf of consultancy Pellings in Portsmouth

As a result of our re-cladding works for Hyde at Gosport in Hampshire, we were awarded a new Façade Remediation Works project on behalf of design, property and construction consultancy Pellings at Harbour Ridge, Portsmouth in Hampshire.

Our re-cladding works here, which include removing spandrel panels and installing a Replacement Rain Screen cladding system, commenced in September 2022 and are on schedule to complete in February 2023.

The block contains 31 flats, owned by leaseholders.
