Trio of Works for MTVH

For our client MTVH we are currently working on multiple projects including Groundworks/Roofing and Drainage and External and Internal Decorations

 Keyworker Accommodation

Axis is conducting Internal Decorations at Keyworker Accommodation at various hospitals’ housing developments around the M25 . Scope of works includes decoration of void units where a NHS staff member has left and the accommodation needs to be made ready for re-letting in a five-day turnaround.

Works, which started in 2019, are scheduled to be completed in 2024 and are valued at approximately £50,000 per annum.

Cyclical Decorations at St Martin’s Estate in Lambeth

We are also conducting cyclical External and Internal Decorations and Repairs for MTVH at St Martin’s Estate in Lambeth. The properties comprise five individual houses, 130+ flats in medium rise tower blocks and 27 garages. Works which commenced in September 2022 are due to be completed in April 2023 and are valued at £1, 200,000. We have employed a specialist team of abseilers to paint the tower blocks – they paint and repair as they descend from the roof.

Ground/Roof and Drainage works at Sky City

We are additionally carrying out Groundworks/Roofing and Drainage works for MTVH’s Sky City which is a mixed residential housing and shopping development at Wood Green Shopping Centre, The Mall, Haringey north London. Properties include three and four storey red brick houses as well as flats located above the shopping centre. Works which started in January 2023 are estimated to continue to May of this year and are valued at £4m.
