Axis secures £2 million pa Multi-Trade Responsive Repairs contract with Dudley Borough Council
Axis’ Midlands Division has secured a major Multi-Trade Responsive Repairs contract with Dudley Borough Council, valued at £2 million per annum over four years.
This long-term programme will provide a comprehensive range of responsive and planned maintenance services across the borough. Works include multi-trade repairs, emergency call-outs, planned improvements, disability adaptations and safety checks, alongside wider property upgrades across both tenanted and void homes. The contract also incorporates estate enhancements, external works such as roofing, and strategic refurbishments to improve housing standards.
The programme is designed to deliver faster response times, improved property condition and a more consistent service for residents. By combining reactive maintenance with targeted planned works, Axis will support Dudley Borough Council in protecting its housing assets while enhancing the overall living environment.
