Responsive Housing Repairs, Disrepair Works and Void Property Services Framework
Axis and CLC have both secured places on Procurement for Housing’s 4-year Responsive Housing Repairs, Disrepair Works and Void Property Services Framework. The framework has an estimated total value of £725 million, supporting social landlords to procure housing repair and property services through regional opportunities.

Axis and CLC have both secured places on four Lots:
Lot 2 – Responsive Repairs and Void Property Refurbishment
Estimated Lot value: £180 million excluding VAT. The Lot provides a route to procure responsive repairs and void property refurbishment services.
Lot 4 – Void Property Refurbishment
Estimated Lot value: £100 million excluding VAT. The Lot provides a route to procure void property refurbishment services.
Lot 6 – Responsive Repairs
Estimated Lot value: £100 million excluding VAT. The Lot provides a route to procure responsive repairs services.
Lot 8 – Disrepair Works
Estimated Lot value: £100 million excluding VAT. The Lot provides a route to procure disrepair and remedial works.

The framework replaces the previous PfH Responsive Repairs, Disrepair Works and Void Services framework. It provides PfH members with a compliant and flexible procurement route for responsive repairs, void refurbishment and disrepair services across the UK.
