SHP launches Refurbishment & Repairs contract at Rosehill Court

Sutton Housing Partnership is pleased to announce the commencement of a Refurbishment & Repairs contract at Rosehill Court. The project aims to address both internal and external issues within the residential block, focusing on repairs and upgrades to enhance living conditions for residents.

Key works includes internal refurbishment to flats affected by damp and mould, alongside extensive external repairs to the building’s structure. The scope of the project encompasses roof replacement, drainage and gutter upgrades, parapet copying replacement, brickwork repairs and brickwork repairs. Residents will also benefit from new uPVC windows and doors, improving the building’s energy efficiency and overall appearance.

Works include:

  • Erecting scaffolding
  • Brickwork and render repairs
  • Replacing roof coverings for new insulted felt system
  • Replacing all metal rainwater goods
  • Installing uPVC window and door replacements
  • Upgrading ventilation systems with new mechanical installations
  • Repairing the flat roof areas in new liquid membrane
  • Replacing parapet copings
  • Conducting internal refurbishment, including new finishes and comprehensive mould treatment

This Refurbishment and Repairs contract was awarded via the South East Consortium’s Internal & External Building Works framework, Lot 2.
