Project Update: Axis’ Multi-Contract with Grainger in Private Rental Sector

Axis won a significant new contract with Grainger plc, the UK’s largest listed private residential landlord, marking Axis’ entry into the private rental sector.

The multi-contract award covers Repairs and Maintenance, Voids, and a dedicated Call Centre service (including new Out-Of-Hours call centre) as well as Remedial works, Reactive and Capital repairs, Gas and Electrical compliance, and overall M&E services.

First Projects Completed

Axis has already completed its first major refurbishment project for Grainger at The Gardens in south east London. The works included full redecoration, a kitchen upgrade, a partial bathroom upgrade, and new fire-safe doors and lighting. Regular site visits, close client collaboration and a robust specification process ensured quality and compliance throughout.

“Grainger and Axis are currently working on a partnership where they do day-to-day Maintenance but also minor Voids re-let works. We’ve trialled a partial refurbishment recently, and it’s gone extremely well. Working with Axis has been great.
