The Journey to Net Zero: 4 Years with Planet Mark
Axis Celebrates a Key Milestone in our Net Zero Journey With Planet Mark Recertification
Axis is delighted to announce that we have been Planet Mark certified for the fourth consecutive year, reaffirming our ongoing commitment to reducing our environmental impact and driving sustainable practices across our business.
Maintaining our Planet Mark certification requires us to monitor and make consistent improvements on our carbon emissions. We are proud to report a 7.8% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions compared to the previous year. This achievement reflects the collective efforts of our teams, partners, and clients to embed sustainability in our day-to-day operations. For the reporting year 2024–25, our measured carbon footprint is 2,461.5 tCO₂e, with an impressive 99.5% data quality score, highlighting the accuracy and reliability of our reporting.
Responding to the news, Linu Eldho (Sustainability Coordinator) said “we are pleased to have been recertified by Planet Mark again this year, marking an important step in our net zero journey and reinforcing our commitment to reducing our environmental impact.”
Maintaining Planet Mark certification is a key part of Axis’ sustainability journey as it supports our long-term goals of reducing carbon emissions, minimising waste, and building a more sustainable future.
A huge congratulations to the Sustainability team for their ongoing success in reducing our environmental impact, and thank you to all Axis team members for contributing to our journey towards net zero emissions.
Axis are excited to have achieved Planet Mark Certification for the fourth consecutive year, a key milestone in our net zero journey.
