Axis is approved on the following SEC Frameworks

Internal and External Building Works (2019-2024)

  • 1b: Major Refurbishments for projects over £1m
  • Lot 2: Kitchens & Bathrooms
  • Lot 6: Internal & External Decoration/Repairs

Axis has been an approved contractor on the SEC’s Internal and External Building Works Framework since 2011.

Heating & Compliancy (2019-2024) 

  • Lot 1: Combination
  • Lot 2: Domestic Heating
  • Lot 3: Commercial Heating

Zero Carbon and Renewable Services (2021 – 2024)

The initial framework will release on a 2+1+1 year arrangement allowing for change in technologies to be incorporated after the first 2 years.

  • Lot 2: EWI (6th) – Trustmark IAA Certification
  • Lot 3: Loft & Cavity Wall Insulation (2nd) – Trustmark IAA Certification 2022-2023
  • Lot 6a: EV charging (2nd) – Lot 6A covers both design and installation services for Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) systems for low and zero carbon retro fit solutions
  • Lot 10: Partnerships (2nd) – This lot provides the ability to Decarbonise a whole estate, or block of flats, or commission a partner on a long-term contract

Axis also has a place on SEC’s R&M – DPS 2022-2025

Via the SEC Frameworks, Axis has been selected for the following programmes: 

  • re-cladding and supplemental external works at nine residential tower blocks in Grays, Essex for Thurrock Borough Council
  • kitchen and bathroom replacements and cyclical maintenance to external elevations, windows and roofs for Soho Housing
  • planned cyclical decoration programme for  Gravesham Borough Council: work included external and internal decorating, repairs and fire upgrades
  • refurbishment of Maystar Estate for London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham
  • external and internal refurbishment work at nine residential blocks including Frithville Gardens, Ashchurch Park Villas and Linden Court for London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham
  • major cyclical repairs and re-decoration project for the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham’s property, Sullivan Court
