Axis Wins Minor Works Contract with Gateway

Axis has competitively won a Minor Works contract with existing client, Gateway Housing at St Marks Gate in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets

Our minor works contract with Gateway comprise internal communal redecoration, external redecoration and wash-down, replacement of existing PVCu windows with new PVCu windows and replacement of flat entrance doors with FD30(S) door sets and new rear patio doors.

The project has a proposed value of nearly £400,000. Works commenced in June 2021 are we expect them to take three months.

Axis recently successfully completed an External Repairs and Redecorations contract at 58 properties (34 residential flats in Constant House on Harrow Lane and 24 residential flats at Holmesdale House) on Poplar High Street for Gateway Housing Association who have 3,000 properties primarily in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Gateway commented on our new contract, saying:
