Axis Wins New Contracts with Southern Housing

Existing client Southern Housing awards Axis new contracts via South East Consortium frameworks

Axis won a new Roofing Contract with Southern Housing via the South East Consortium (SEC)’s Internal & External Building Works Framework (Lot 2 – Annual Value Band £750k to £1.9m).

We will be conducting various roofing works in Croydon and Horley, Barnet, Tottenham, Finchley, Lewisham, Chelsea, Battersea and Putney. The value of this new contract is c £660,000.

In addition, Axis won a Southern Housing contract for Responsive Repairs and Voids, procured via South East Consortium’s Responsive Repairs, Voids and Planned Maintenance DPS (2022-2025).
