Axis won places on the Efficiency East Midlands’ Property Improvements and Decarbonisation Works Framework (Lot 1 – Domestic and Commercial Property Improvement Works)

We have been awarded the following on this 4-year framework:

• Lot 1 Property Improvement Works Domestic and Commercial (Sub-Lot 1b National Coverage £1M>)
• Lot 1 Property Improvement Works Domestic and Commercial (Sub-Lot 1d National Coverage £1M>)

Scope of works includes:

• Bathroom and kitchen installations
• Heating and boiler installations
• Plumbing and electrical works
• Insulation, roofing, and structural works
• External property and grounds improvements
• Interior works such as joinery, carpentry, and painting
• Fire safety measures, alterations, conversions
• Drainage, windows, and door installations
