Axis Wins Place on Fire Safety Services  Framework

Axis has won a place on the new Fire Safety Services  Framework, managed by Pretium for Hyde Housing.

Axis was awarded the following Lots (2019-2023):

Lot 1 Fire Doors

Lot 2 Fire safety Signage

Lot 4 Emergency Lighting

Lot 6 Fire proofing and fire stopping

Lot 7 Electrical inspection & testing

Lot 8 Electrical Works

Lot 10 Cladding

As a result of being appointed to this Framework, Axis was awarded a Fire Stopping Works contract with Shepherds Bush Housing Group

The Fire Safety Services framework, managed by Pretium Frameworks Ltd, was developed with the Hyde Group and Frankham Risk Management Services. Designed to adapt to changing legislation, the PCR 2015-compliant solution is split into 11 Lots delivered by Tier 1 main contractors and Tier 2 specialists, covering a range of fire-related works and services.

Each Lot has its own bespoke specification reviewed by an industry trade body or fire safety expert to ensure that it is fit for purpose.

All contractors are accredited by the appropriate professional standards bodies, products are procured from third party accredited manufacturers and all works carried out under the framework comply with the relevant standards and building regulations.

Pretium Frameworks Ltd develops and manages specialist PCR 2015-compliant frameworks on behalf of contracting authorities operating in the public sector across the UK.
