Our Call Centres, including Out of Hours, respond to residents’ call outs and our Operatives deliver repairs through a fully automated servicing appointment system.
Resident Liaison Officers keep residents and clients fully apprised of the progress of the works and Axis’ strict Code of Conduct assures residents of a polite, respectful and professional service.

Southern Housing Group (SHG) merged with Optivo to form a new housing provider called Southern Housing in December 2022. Since 2008, Axis has delivered a very high standard of service to Optivo residents in Kent. We have achieved nearly 100% customer satisfaction and virtually zero complaints. And in 2020, we were proud to have this contract extended to cover Sussex too, whilst our new 2024 award extends our area with Southern Housing into London.
