Project Details
At St Mark’s Road, located in a heritage area, works included full roof renewal, upgraded loft insulation, window and floor replacements, asphalt renewal, and complete rendering of the building’s exterior. Additionally, a new access pathway was constructed to accommodate a disabled resident, ensuring the site met modern accessibility standards.
On Longridge Road, three buildings were refurbished with comprehensive external and internal upgrades. These included hammer testing and masonry repairs, new render, window and timber care, and full redecoration. The communal areas were also upgraded with new vinyl flooring. The roof received a liquid waterproof coating, chimney repairs, and installation of pigeon spikes to improve durability and hygiene.
St Stephens Avenue involved the refurbishment of 25 properties, where works included roof renewals, LPL overlays, SICA rendering, and detailed brick repairs. At the time of reporting, six properties were completed and ready for handover, with the remainder on track for timely delivery.
