Project Details
Our team provides a host of works within void properties on the estate which contains 125 homes. This is alongside works on a further 22 houses in Market Drayton. The properties are generally 2-bedroom semi-detached properties.
Externally we installed Uniform black doors at a cost of £2,100 per property, this came alongside fitting the side light. We also installed garage doors to the properties, at a value of 450k.
Our scope includes internal day-to-day repairs and restorations. We upgrade and refurbish bathrooms, offering a choice of tiles and flooring. This includes a downstairs bathroom and an ensuite. The Oldbury team also provide full internal redecorations including carpets and vinyl flooring finishes.
We apply a gloss finish to appropriate areas such as woodwork banisters and wardrobe doors. Additionally, we maintain and repair radiators and boilers in the homes, as well as changing consumer units from plastic to metals.
In 2016/2017 we delivered a kitchen refit programme at the site. Our team refurbished kitchens at roughly 70 general resident properties.
