New Contract With MTVH

Axis has been awarded a new £1 million contract with MTVH (Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing).

This award follows our recent successful projects for MTVH of an External Minor Repairs Contract at Hengist Way. The project will see our housing team deliver the installation of double-glazed timber windows and doors, as well as providing redecoration and maintenance works at residential properties on Wandsworth Road Estate. The works will take place across a 28-week period.

We have also begun works on MTVHA’s Tendered Lots contract. The contract is worth £443,000 across a duration of 5 months and the work will take place at residential apartment blocks. The scope of this second project involves our team carrying out window renewals, FED renewals, flat door renewals, and internal and external decorations alongside various miscellaneous items.
