Axis Takes Home Four Awards at SVLG's Social Value Supply-Chain Awards

Axis has been awarded Silver at the 2025 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) in the Most Effective StrategiWe are thrilled to announce that we recently won four awards at the Social Value Leadership Group’s (SVLG) third annual Social Value Supply-Chain Awards.

These awards honour supply-chain partners, nominated by SVLG members, who have gone above and beyond in their commitment by delivering impactful projects, contributing resources, and creating opportunities within local communities.

What sets these awards apart is the nomination process: unlike most awards, supply chain partners are not able to nominate themselves. Instead, SVLG members – the social value leads in their respective organisations – used performance data and personal experience to nominate supply chain partners for each category, adhering to a clear set of nomination guidelines. An evaluation panel of resident representatives and trustees from strategic committees and boards from SVLG organisations carried out a ‘blind’ review, scoring nominations to determine the winners and runners-up in each category.

This year’s awards ceremony were held at the National Gallery in London on Thursday 27 November 2025 as part of SVLG’s Social Value Week which ran from Monday 24 November to Friday 28 November.

We received nominations in four of eight categories, and are pleased to announce that we received the following awards:

Winner:

  • Best Sustainability Initiative – Nominated by Notting Hill Genesis (NHG)
  • Best Social Value Collaboration (for Planned Investment Programme with Cardo, Equans, United Infrastructure, Wates – Nominated by Clarion Housing Group (CHG)

Highly Commended (Runner-up):

  • Excellence Award – Best Social Value Champion – Nominated by L&Q

Rising Star (Second Runner-up):

  • Best Social Value Leader Award (Joe Ibrahim) – Nominated by L&Q

We are incredibly grateful for this recognition from our clients and SVLG, which acknowledges the hard work of our teams to deliver meaningful and valuable projects for our local communities.

Axis Europe is deeply honoured to be recognised for our Social Value efforts and partnerships with Clarion Housing Group, Notting Hill Genesis and L&Q. From the very start, our aim has been ambitious: to build stronger, inclusive communities where people feel valued, heard, and connected. This recognition reaffirms that when we listen, collaborate and put people at the heart of our work, we can truly positively impact lives. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved together.”

Elise John-Lewis (Head of Social Impact)

“It was an honour to attend the SVLG awards last week and win or place for all 4 of the categories we were nominated for across the business! It was a very proud moment for me as it was wonderful to be recognised at one of the most important award ceremonies within our sector for the amazing projects that we deliver to impact our local communities! I personally won the Social Value Sustainability Category for the Garrick Close Project which was a project in partnership with NHG to regenerate the green space of the estate. This was a brilliant project that raised awareness of the importance of conserving the natural biodiversity of an area so both the animals and residents can benefit for many years to come. This was a great collaboration between various people so I would like to thank everyone who was involved with making this project a success including Mandy Worster from NHG and Linu Eldho from Axis for supporting the project coordination, Ginkgo for supplying all of the blubs and trees and our amazing Axis volunteers from Paul Carolan’s team – thank you all!”
