Axis Wins Places on NHS DPS
NHS Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Minor Works and Maintenance
Axis has been accepted onto the NHS Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Minor Works and Maintenance to a maximum value of £1m working in the Greater London area.
The DPS is maintained by NHS London Procurement Partnership (LPP)
Acceptance on the Minor Works and Maintenance DPS provides Axis with exposure to all NHS and Public Sector contracting authorities that register to use the DPS for projects within our work category, location and contract value.
The initial duration of the Dynamic Purchasing System is 5 Years. Following the initial duration, the DPS may be extended for further periods to a maximum of 10 years.
Under the under the NHS Minor Works and Maintenance Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) as a result of a mini competition Axis secured two call off contracts with Surrey and Borders Partnership (SABP) NHS Foundation Trust. We’ll be providing roof works at Farnham Road Hospital in Kent in 2022.

Suppliers who are successful in securing a place on the DPS are entered onto a database maintained by LPP which the Contracting Authorities will access to source provision that meets their local business requirements. The NHS Dynamic Purchasing System is a completely electronic system established by a Contracting Authority to purchase commonly used goods, works or services. A DPS differs from a framework in that it is an ‘open market’ product designed to provide access to a pool of Suppliers where new Suppliers can join at any time.

Axis won a place on the Mid & South Essex (MSE) NHS Trust Minor Works DPS Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for minor works and maintenance.
This one-year £600m DPS includes Lots:

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSE) in Partnership with Health Trust Europe (HTE) released Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for minor works and maintenance, which is made up of a number of related categories to support the MSE NHS Foundation Trust and the wider public sector to meet their repairs, renewals and backlog maintenance requirements.
Mid & South Essex NHS Trust group of hospitals provides a wide range of clinical services and care for a population of over 1.2 million people in central and south Essex. In 2023, MSE NHS Foundation Trust supported the births of more than 10,000 babies; seen over 375,000 attendances at its Emergency Departments; made nearly 300,000 admissions to its hospitals; and hasheld more than 1.5million outpatient appointments.
