Managing Director Mentors Westminster Resident to Help Launch Online Business
Since 2018 Axis’ Joe Ibrahim, Managing Director has been mentoring Westminster resident, Chris Ngoma. Each session has brought Chris closer to his dream of opening an online business, which he finally launched in January 2020.
Over the course of the mentoring sessions Joe has helped Chris, from Amberley Youth Club, to set up an online business called ‘Ordini Official’, a premium unisex fashion brand for all ages at affordable prices.
Sharing his years of experience in managing a business, Joe has introduced Chris to our supply chain partner who has helped to design and create new merchandise for him, as well as a Website Developer to help market the new products. Ordini Official are currently selling jumpers, t-shirts, hats, and tracksuits and are working on new products.
Chris has also been working with Axis’ Paul Smart, Director of Marketing & Communications, to best strategise the promotion of Ordini Official through social media and other websites.
Joe’s sessions with Chris have provided an opportunity to evaluate the objectives of Ordini Official, as well as pinpointing any gaps in the business model, and regular progress checks on goals and building motivation.

“Having Joe as a mentor from a young age has been hugely helpful and positive – it has had a big impact on my life. I’m developing every day and after every meeting with Joe I feel like I’m getting closer to my goals. Joe has really inspired and motivated me to keep pushing and improve myself as a young man, and as a businessman. I have improved my confidence, knowledge, and gained a lot of skills. The mentoring has helped me stay focused on what I am trying to achieve and has helped me with building a positive lifestyle routine” – Chris Ngoma
