A public sector property is a central or local government owned building. These buildings are occupied by Local Authorities, Government and public service providers.

From health care and emergency services, through to social care, education and law enforcement, public service properties play a fundamental role in supporting the delivery of an array of public services.

Whilst some public sector properties are designed for frequent public use, such as hospitals and education facilities, others are not openly accessible to the public and are predominantly used by civil servants, public workers and government officials employed within a public sector role.
